Niccole Patrick, our Operations Director, has spent over 15 years in the pharmaceutical and hospital industry. For the past decade, she has worked in a west valley emergency room where she has excelled in nursing. Niccole graduated from Phoenix College of Nursing, going on to earn her BSN at Grand Canyon University.

In her spare time, Niccole enjoys days in Sedona and San Diego with her two daughters, and is an avid “Jeeper”. When she is not being a mother or nurse, you will see her sipping on her favorite wine while watching criminal documentaries.

Heather grew up in an Air Force family and moved all around until she landed in AZ in 1993 and has been here ever since.  She is a graduate of the University of Arizona and of Grand Canyon University where she got her degree in nursing.  Her passion has always been emergency medicine and that is where she started her career 17 years ago.  Since then she has worked in the PACU and Infusion center at a local hospital in the west valley.  

Heather has been married to her high school sweetheart for 15 years and they have 3 children ages 12,10, and 8.  She enjoys cooking, coffee, traveling, reading and hanging out with her family and friends.
